If you received a summons for Jury Duty at the Fort McDowell Tribal Court, we ask that you please return your jury questionnaire within 5 days of receiving it.

Requests to be excused must be in writing and filed with the court at least 5 business days before the trial date. Submission of a written request to be excused does not guarantee exclusion of jury duty services.

Call the court at 480-789-7604 the day before the trial date listed in your Jury Summons to make sure your appearance is still necessary.
