Summer Reading Ending with a Blast!

The kids are taking advantage of the last few programs the library is offering for the summer before they head back to school. During our last programs of the summer, we really wanted to encourage the kids to let loose and embrace their creativity. This year’s theme “Adventure Begins at Your Library”. We began the adventure with the ECDC students. Teachers were active in getting their students signed up and keeping their minutes on the computer for prizes and incentives.

The adults had a painting class, and it was completely out of sight creating and forming images and concepts with paint moving in many directions.

Finally, Mini Golf on the Go for our Tweens and Teens evolved with putting on the green Tees and not throwing a book flying in the sky.

For all the readers, the summer reading program 2024 was an encouragement to read for pleasure as well as for study.
