On December 20, 2011, the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation passed an amended Tribal Sex Offender Registration Code (Resolution No. Fort McDowell 2011-65). As part of the passage of the Code, and in compliance with Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act passed by Congress, a public sex offender website was established and can be viewed at

All convicted sex offenders must register with the Fort McDowell Police Department if they will be RESIDING, WORKING OR GOING TO SCHOOL within the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation. This notification is not intended to increase fear, but rather to inform and educate the public.

Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass offenders, or commit any criminal violation against offenders might result in criminal charges.
